Our specialisations - Blade and Vane CMM Programming

• Although we have no issue tackling any type of component or job and have been exposed to all manner of different types of part, feature and material we have an exceptional background in the programming and implementation of CMM Programs for Blade and Vane type components found in many aerospace and power generation applications for gas and steam turbine machinery.

• Blade and Vane past projects include creating CMM Programs for Nozzle Guide Vanes (NGVs), Turbine Blades, Compressor Blades, Fan Blades and Segments.

• We have a lot of familiarisation with the nuances of creating programs and presenting the data for these type of components, including complex RPS/Nest and Skew alignments.

• Through experience we can advise on and assist with the installation of the correct and most ideal CMM equipment, software, fixturing solutions and SPC to allow your business to build a robust manufacturing process from short fast make projects to multi year long term supply contracts.

What makes us different?

Normally with a complete lack of valid reasoning as to why? This may be down to a lack of skill or competence, a gap in equipment capability, such as adding new probes or stylus arrangements or even down to a company policy that states what type of features will and will not be measured as part of a programming requirement.
