Renishaw PH10 Upgrades, Repairs and Replacements

Is it time to repair, upgrade or replace your Renishaw PH9, PH10 or PH10MQ?

Renishaw products have an impeccable reputation for their build quality and many CMM’s will run for decades with their installed equipment.

However, after those years of service your PH10 may be ready to retire as internal components start to wear out or you may be in the unfortunate case of your PH10 becoming damaged. In both of these cases, this will render your CMM inoperable.

Over the years Renishaw have revised the design of both the PH10 heads and the control interfaces that serve them. Most will be familiar with the Black and Orange PI200 and PHC 10-2 boxes happily beeping away during the CMM’s operation.

The older units are now obsolete and no longer supplied by Renishaw, and the revised and combined units known as the PHC10-3 Plus with integrated PI200-3 now form the standard of CMM head controllers.

Fortunately Renishaw offer an upgrade path to the new probe head and control units with the return of the old units for a more reasonable cost than an outright purchase.

If you need to breath some new life into a CMM or replace a damaged probe head, then please do contact us for a quotation to supply and install.
